My name is Steve Coté and I'm an 'Industrious Artisanal' Menswear Designer.

 

Since my last collection, I have sold pieces to Ye (Kanye West), received the Stanley Heller Award for Excellence in Creative Menswear Design, and have had my work featured in Hypebeast, Vogue, King Kong Magazine, and Forbes.

My work centers around materiality and textile developments. Through these mediums, and the uses of my vast arsenal of techniques,​ I blend high quality fabrics, original silhouettes, and a wide array of industrial materials together, creating my own world that depicts my blue collar upbringing, my present reality as a designer, and how they are polar opposites.

 

In 2019 I started my brand, COLLATERAL DAMAGE. 

In 2023 I graduated from Parsons School of Design.​
